Boyfriendless?
Dear Guidance Guy,
I had a crush on this guy for a long time and then without telling me my friend asked him out for me. She called me up later and said I asked that guy out for you. My response was, " you did what!?" and she calmly said she asked him out for me and he said he'd have to think aobut it. That was one week before Spring Break and I still don't know if he said yes or no. He's usually smiling at me, but I can't tell if that is a yes or a no because he's always smiling at everyone.

You can take the question mark off your title...you are boyfriendless. If I were this guy and had someone ask me out for someone else, I might think it's funny. But I wouldn't go out with her. I wouldn't think she was strong enough to ask me herself and I wouldn't be interested. You need to tell your friend to either mind her own business or decide not to tell her anything. She may have wanted to help, but she put the "kiss of death" on any relationship with the guy.
I said it before and I'll say it again...keep dating issues between two people and two people only. It doesn't work any other way!
