Crush on French Teacher
Dear Guidance Guy,
I have a huge crush on the french teacher. I think it's his eyes. Everytime he looks in my direction, I look away or look down at my paper. He gives me the shivers. I know he has a wife and child, but I can't think myself out of it. I love it when he notices me. I feel like he feels the same way. though I keep telling myself he doesn't. Besides, if he did feel the same way, he could get in serious trouble. I'm not quite sure what I should do exactly. Any advice?

Having a crush on a teacher is completely normal. And looking back on it with good memories is also normal. I promise the crush will pass.
It's very unlikely your teacher feels the same way you do. As you said, he's married and has a child, so he's used to an adult relationship. The fact that you have a hard time keeping eye contact with him means that it's an adult to kid relationship. It's fun for you to daydream about. And I'm sure it feels good for him to be liked. But it's not going anywhere. You're in two different places in life.
Enjoy the great feelings you have for him. When you see him ten or twenty years from now - with your husband and kids - you can confess your crush. And you'll both laugh over it.
