Pill Popper?
Dear Guidance Guy,
A kid came up to me in school today and said he heard I was a pill popper. I don't do any drugs but I'm scared. What if the teachers find out? Will I get arrested? Help!

I don't know if anyone told you this, but kids in schools sometimes spread rumors. It's like a hobby, the same way watching kids fight is fun for some of them. Of course it's not fun if they're spreading the rumors about you.
Like any other rumor, it's only fun for people if the person they spread it about gets upset or angry. If you don't let it bother you, the rumor isn't fun to spread anymore and they will find someone else to talk about. But if you get upset, look out! Then it's REALLY fun for them!
As for teachers, they don't believe most of what they hear and only half of what they see. They are used to hearing crazy stuff about kids. They'll just think it's another crazy story. If you don't pop pills, you have nothing to worry about.
You cannot be arrested for something that you didn't do. If there are no pills, there's nothing to arrest you for!
Relax. It's just kids being kids. It'll go away before you know it.
